Our first priority is to keep our patients and our staff safe and healthy.
With the COVID-19 (Corona virus) constantly evolving, we are taking a proactively cautious approach. We will provide our patients links to the latest information available. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/cases-updates/index.html, https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/prevention.html
As a patient, if you would prefer to stay home we are happy to reschedule your appointment. If you, or anyone around you have been traveling the in the last 30 days it is recommended that you reschedule your appointment. If you or anyone in your household are not feeling well, please call the office and reschedule your appointment. Especially if you are feverish, short of breath or have a cough.
If you come to the office for an appointment, we ask that you do not bring any children with you. As outlined by state and federal agencies, in order to minimize the number of people in our waiting room, we ask that you wait in your car, call the office once you arrive and we will contact you when it is time for your appointment.
There is a virtual assessment available through the following link if you are symptomatic and have questions about next steps. https://www.osfhealthcare.org
Please know we are utilizing all disinfectant techniques to keep the waiting room and exam rooms clean. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the office. Common areas will be cleaned throughout the day. Anyone with a cough, shortness of breath and fever will be asked to leave the office.
